Do you have behaviours you want to change, or changes you need to make in relationships that aren't serving you well? Maybe you're looking to increase self-esteem, implement boundaries in relationships where you're being disrespected, or learn to manage your anxiety or feelings of depression while also curious about where these symptoms came from to begin with!
Maybe you are well seasoned in participating in counseling therapy and are looking for someone to help you continue your journey of self-growth, keep you accountable or motivate you to take the next steps. We are here to empower you to cultivate healthy and fulfilling relationships in which you feel loved and valued by your self. Our Master of Social Workers use psychotherapy, DBT therapy, CBT therapy, narrative talk therapy, and other modalities to provide you with counseling sessions tailored to your needs.

We offer a safe space where you can feel heard, accepted, supported and respected as you learn about how your past has influenced you and how you can begin to break patterns that no longer serve your wellbeing. We will work collaboratively to achieve your goals that bring more peacefulness and understanding to your life. Our approach includes creating awareness, providing education about the latest mental health research, and practicing evidence-based skills and tools.
