I am a Registered Social Worker in Ontario, Canada. I hold a Master's degree of Social Work (2015), and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (2012).
I have been practicing professionally for seven years post-grad. My clinical focus is in healthy relationships (dating coaching), processing childhood emotional wounds and teaching emotional management. I enjoy working with clients to build self-esteem, emotional boundaries, build knowledge on emotional management and increase overall holistic wellness (mind and body work).
I offer professionalism and confidentiality, a safe space where you can feel heard, accepted, supported and respected, as you explore thoughts and feelings working through personal challenges. I will help you acquire new skills in order to manage your emotions and increase skills. We will work collaboratively to achieve your goals that bring more peacefulness and understanding to your life.

I founded Dealing With Your Feelings practice in 2019 to focus on helping people increase the peacefulness in their lives by resolving their past trauma and increasing their ability to deal with feelings that promotes wellness and healthier relationships in their lives.
